These Terms of Service govern your use of the Westline Automotive website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Refund, Privacy, Shipping and Warranty policies.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, prices, photographs, specifications and inventory are accurate. Product packaging, sidewall markings and appearance may vary slightly. Tire photographs may be representative of the model and may not show the exact size ordered.

Products and prices may change without notice. We may correct errors or cancel an order affected by incorrect pricing, inaccurate information, payment problems or unavailable inventory. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Tire size and fitment

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct tire size, load index, speed rating, season and vehicle compatibility before ordering.

Check the specifications printed on your existing tires, vehicle placard or owner’s manual. Website fitment information is provided as general guidance and should be confirmed by a qualified tire professional.

Customers should inspect all tires before installation. Do not mount or use a tire if the size, model or condition appears incorrect.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and disclosed delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Payment must be completed using an available checkout method. Customers agree to provide accurate contact, billing and order information.

Pickup and delivery

Local pickup is available in Airdrie, Alberta, by appointment. Customers must wait for confirmation that their order is ready before arriving.

Local delivery may be available within eligible areas for an additional fee. Available delivery options and charges will be shown or confirmed before the order is finalized.

Installation and use

Tires should be installed and balanced by a qualified tire professional. The installer must confirm proper fitment, wheel compatibility, inflation pressure, rotation direction and safe installation.

Westline Automotive is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect selection, improper installation, misuse, overloading, road hazards, incorrect inflation, alignment problems or failure to follow manufacturer instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Returns and warranties

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns generally require tires to be unused, unmounted and in their original condition.

Warranty coverage applies only where stated on the product page or in manufacturer documentation. Warranty eligibility, mileage limits, exclusions and claim requirements vary by manufacturer and tire model.

Website use

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized activities. You may not interfere with its security, introduce harmful code or copy its content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westline Automotive is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from website use, incorrect fitment, improper installation or product misuse.

Nothing in these Terms excludes customer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Canadian or Alberta law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
